The next guest chef dinner will be Wednesday, November 18. Tim Edwards will be our guest chef, and will prepare a Thanksgiving feast with a twist. The dinner will be themed, "Merci, Martha," in honor of all the work the late Martha Duell put forth towards Hauser Hall. The menu includes sage-brined turkey with oyster dressing, herb gravy pommes duchesse, cranberries with port, sweet potato souffle, and French green beans. For dessert, we will have pumpkin cheese cake and pumpkin pie. The program will include a dedication of a plaque in Hauser Hall to Martha Duell.
