The Daughters of the King at St. John’s is a devoted community of women committed to prayer, service, and evangelism, supporting the spiritual life of the parish through intentional discipleship and quiet acts of care. Rooted in their vow to serve Christ and His Church, they gather for fellowship, study, and mutual encouragement as they seek to deepen their faith and extend Christ’s love within the congregation and beyond.

Cursillo is a Christian renewal movement designed to help people deepen their faith and live it out more intentionally in their daily lives.

At its heart, it’s a three‑day retreat followed by an ongoing pattern of small‑group support, prayer, and accountability. Participants explore the basics of Christian discipleship, build strong spiritual friendships, and discover practical ways to bring Christ’s love into their homes, workplaces, and communities. Many churches, including St. John’s, value Cursillo because it strengthens lay leadership and nurtures a vibrant, committed spiritual community.

Adult Sunday School at St. John’s offers a thoughtful exploration of various books of the Bible, inviting participants to dig into its stories, themes, and relevance for modern faith.
