Easter Lily Memorial Form

If you would like to donate an Easter lily in honor or memory of a loved one, please fill out this form. The plants are $20.00 each. Make checks payable to St. John’s Episcopal Church and include “Lilies” on the memo line.

Deadline for submission is March 25th.
