Come celebrate the return of Chaplain Jim Brisson! Col. Brisson is an active duty chaplain and an Episcopal priest with strong ties to St. John’s. Fr. Jim served briefly as a priest associate at St. John’s before his recent assignment in Alaska. He is back at Fort Bragg and Bishop Skirving has given permission for him to resume his pastoral relationship as priest associate at St. John’s (even though his official paperwork is still in transit from the office of the Bishop of the Armed Services). We will officially welcome Fr. Jim and his wife Tina at the coffee hour on Sunday, October 11. Fr. Jim will preside at both services and preach on October 18.
