Did you know that the North Carolina Legislature ratified the United States Constitution at a meeting in Fayetteville? Bruce Daws, a member of St. John's and director of the Transportation and Local History Museum, will off a program on the state's ratification of the Constitution.  The program begins with dinner in Hauser Hall 6:00 p.m. The program itself should begin around 6:30.
