All members of St. John’s are invited and encouraged to attend visioning and planning sessions on Wednesday nights during Lent. Each of the five dinner discussions, beginning on February 21, will focus on a specific area of parish life and ministry.
The schedule of discussions will include:
February 21 – Parish Life
February 28 – Music and Worship
March 7 – Outreach, Inreach and Welcoming
March 14 – Youth, Children’s and Adult Christian Formation
March 21 – A Report on the Nimocks Challenge and Stewardship.
We will continue Wednesday night services at 5:15 p.m. followed by dinner at 6 p.m. and discussion at 6:30 p.m. The participation of every parishioner is needed to help strengthen and focus our vision for our future. Your vestry hopes that every member of our parish will participate in the process of charting our course for the future in 2018 and beyond.
